Job: EDM Operator

Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a full time EDM Operator for our client in Roseville, MI. This is a full-time contract position with the opportunity for direct hire or extension after 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Design electrodes using CAD software
• Machine electrodes using Makino CNC cutting machine
• NC program electrodes using CAM software
• Load, locate, and burn components using Makino sinker EDM machine

Qualifications:

• 2+ years as EDM operator
• Visi Tooling CAD software and Visi Cam software experience preferred
• Knowledge of Erowa electrode feeding robot a plus
• Experience working with Makino EDM sinker and Makino CNC electrode cutting machines

Benefits

• Pay rate is $28-$32 per hour based on experience
