Contract Staffing
This is a flexible solution for employers that have an immediate need for additional staff, but may not want to commit to something more long-term. It is also an effective tool for employers to consider when looking at ways to reduce potential personnel impacts in the event of a business downturn.
Many clients use a mix of hiring – Direct and Contract – to optimize their workforce.Another benefit for employers is that this is a Pay-As-You-Go model. Clients are billed the pay rate along with a negotiated mark-up to cover Cybertech’s fee each pay period. If a contractor fails to live up to expectations early on, only a limited fee will have been charged to the employer. It is very much in Cybertech’s interest, therefore, to deliver qualified candidates to our clients.
Contract-to-Hire Employment
Same as Contract Employment with negotiated terms on hiring. We like to see our contractors become direct employees with our clients so we offer our clients a range of options on hiring. We want our contractors to succeed in their jobs. And we want to see our clients’ investments in our contractors maximized.
Direct Hire Recruiting
This is the classic Recruiting, or Head Hunting, model. What does Cybertech do differently? It is mostly the little things that make a difference. Our goal is to be fast, friendly and cost-effective as a recruiting partner. In this model, Cybertech earns our fee only when a client chooses to hire one of our candidates.

This is the “Have it your way” model. And this is where Cybertech strives to be different than many of our competitors.
