Job: Patient Access Specialist (REMOTE)

Opportunity

Our Fortune 500 Client is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to join their team in Livonia, MI. The selected candidate will be able to work from home or on-site, and will use their own equipment. This position is extremely transactional.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-integration support for revenue cycle processing backlog
• Recognize DNB’s (Do Not Bill) and fix errors

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Epic
• Experience with Revenue Integrity and Patient Access using Epic
• Experience with high volumes, Do Not Bill, and fast-paced environments
• Charge entry and posting experience
• Ability to recognize and fix errors; strong attention to detail required

Benefits

• Pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour ($50K to $60K annually), commensurate with experience
