Opportunity
Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a SharePoint Administrator who will maintaining the SharePoint tenant for 10,000+ users. The selected candidate will provide tier 3 troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis.

Responsibilities
- Provide tier 3 troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis to quickly recover from system degradation, performance issues, and service interruptions and to prevent reoccurrence
- Perform system health monitoring and maintain a good understanding of upcoming changes to the platform to assist with user change management
- Open cases with Microsoft as needed
- Create/modify PowerShell scripts to perform administrative tasks, automation, queries, and other needs as they arise
- Provide guidance of SharePoint Governance principals and will help implement SharePoint Governance across the Enterprise
- Respond to SharePoint related tickets and requests, and work to quickly resolve them
- Consult with business partners on how to best utilize SharePoint to assist with business processes
- Consult and assist with efforts to implement and configure Skype for Business/Teams rollout
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator
- Experience creating/modifying Powershell Scripts
- Experience managing Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Search/Delve, and Skype for Business
Benefits
- Pay ranges from $120K to $126K annually ($60 to $63 per hour), commensurate with experience
- Full suite of benefits will be offered (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
- 2-year contract opportunity with the opportunity for extension and/or direct hire
