Opportunity
Our Fortune 500 client is looking a Delivery Lead w/ PMP who will be responsible for development and documentation of resources, plan, schedule. budget report. In addition, the selected applicant will have experience implementing and/or supporting IT Services Management Tool and the use of ITIL v3 processes in execution of IT Services.

Responsibilities
- Research, benchmark industry standards of long range investment planning.
- Lead the process activities across the IT portfolios, works with process owner & business relationship managers to develop, establish and maintain standards and procedures.
- Facilitate the team providing hands on management of application development, developer-based ops support, and troubleshooting activities for enterprise applications as needed.
- Lead effort for all activities identified in the work plan
- Manages issues, risks, escalations, timelines, scope, resources, direct (assigned to project) and indirect (others impacted by project)
- Data analysis to provide synthesis of financial planning data, requiring advanced Excel skills (i.e. pivot table, macro, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (CIS preferred)
- IT Project knowledge
- Experience implementing infrastructure, security and architecture related software, hardware and services from project initiation to deployment.
- Experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead
- PMP certification
