Job: Data Center Monitoring Manager – Detroit

Candidates with Data Center Monitoring experience are strongly encouraged to apply. The selected candidates will evaluate large, integrated application system failures and recommend/implement software solutions. Provides technical expertise on projects.

Responsibilities

• Determine if long range solutions are required and make recommendations for modifications to applications to resolve issues.
• Analyze maintenance and monitor systems output, implement modifications as a result of analysis.
• Create and maintain project work plans and manages budgets.
• Gather information, analyze, design, recommend, then implement solutions in area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience.
• Incident Management and Monitoring via Gomez, Dynatrace, and DCRUM (highly desired).
• Knowledge of customer systems like Billing, IVR, Meter reading, Payment Processing, Collection, etc.
• Knowledge of Mobile and Web framework related to Customer Apps.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, ITIL Methodology, Oracle knowledge.
• 24×7 OnCall experience in high-pressure environment.
