Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to join a boutique firm doing corporate recruiting and staffing. We are expanding our staff and searching for our next Entry-Level Recruiter for our Plymouth, MI office. This is a full-time opportunity to join an established recruiting and staffing firm which has just celebrated 27 years in business! To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to able to stay on track while working multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
- Deliver candidates through job posts, direct sourcing, networking, referrals, etc.
- Collaborate with internal team to implement innovative pipeline generation efforts
- Communicate professionally at all times, treating candidates/clients with respect
- Solve problems and produce results by identifying alternatives as circumstances change
- Influence and negotiate fairly with candidates
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Get good people hired into good jobs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Up to two years in a prior recruiting role
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality results in a timely manner
- Team player who acts with integrity and self-awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Onsite at our Plymouth, MI office
