Job: Test Technician (Automotive) – Plymouth

Opportunity

Our client, a leading supplier to the aerospace, defense, and automotive industries, is looking for several experienced Test Technicians for their Plymouth location. This is an opportunity to join a company that offers their customers a wide range of services, including prototype testing and production.

Responsibilities

• Monitor test performance, document observations, communicate project status and results to Test Engineer.
• Collect data using digital data acquisition systems and assist engineering personnel with processing, editing, and engineering analysis.
• Analyze, compile and format engineering data for evaluation reports.
• Manage several projects in various states of execution (design, build/setup, test development, operation, inspection, tear-down).

Qualifications

• Experience in data acquisition and measurement techniques.
• Self-directed and motivated individual that excels at managing multiple projects.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under rigorous timing deadlines.
• Basic fabrication and machine shop skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.

• $32K to $40K ($16 to $20 per hour)
