Job: Senior IT Scrum Master – Detroit

Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a Senior IT Scrum Master to join their team in downtown Detroit, MI. This position will partner with business and technology to drive solutions from design to deployment.

Responsibilities 

• Organize regular Scrum meetings to direct and coordinate project team activities at various phases of the project life cycle to ensure that objectives are being met
• Work collaboratively with all internal and external developer resources in the delivery of technology solutions
• Plan and implement products, including assembly of all associated materials such as documentation, release notes, installation, quality and usage
• Assist in problem solving and debugging system issues
• Provide hands on management of application development, developer-based ops support, and troubleshooting activities for enterprise applications as needed
• Provide an advanced understanding of Agile principles and their application in day-to-day activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
• Scrum Master certification required
• 4+ years’ experience in an IT organization
