Responsibilities
- Responsible for development and documentation of user stories, use cases, features, and requirements in support of client customer self-service applications
- Will work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional development team on various project activities
- Develop/coordinate cross-functional work groups and projects, yielding optimal outcomes
- Facilitate working sessions using advanced modeling techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology or related discipline
- Business Analyst Professional Certification is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working in a development environment that utilizes agile development methodologies ability to conduct research, product evaluations, and vendor contract reviews
- Proven ability to apply industry standard modeling techniques as appropriate to further deepen a common understanding across project team members and stakeholders
- Broad understanding of analysis and IT industry
Benefits
- Salary of $110K-$120K ($55-$60 per hour), based on experience
- 6-month contract with the potential for extension or direct hire
