Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Detroit, MI. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of emerging Information Technologies, architectures, systems design/integration, and IT process methodologies.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for development and documentation of user stories, use cases, features, and requirements in support of client customer self- service applications.
- Will work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional development team on various project activities.
- Develop/coordinate cross-functional work groups and projects, yielding optimal outcomes.
- Will have strong familiarity with tasks of QA Analyst/Testers and experience converting requirements into Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working in a development environment that utilizes agile development methodologies ability to conduct research, product evaluations, and vendor contract reviews.
- Proven ability to apply industry standard modeling techniques as appropriate to further deepen a common understanding across project team members and stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in identifying user stories, use cases, features, and requirements in accordance with organizational standards and processes.
Benefits
- Salary of $108K ($50 to $54 per hour), based on experience.
- 1 year contract with the potential for extension or direct hire.
