The selected candidates will lead assigned projects by serving as the program deliverable lead, responsible from development phase through production.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain program specific open issues list and drive for timely closure of all issues
  • Initiates and monitors product status during development phase, sample production and through production
  • Ensure compliance with the assigned expense budget with utmost cost consciousness both for materials and engineering services
  • Interface with company management and escalate issues as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Master’s Degree in Engineering preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a program management function, ideally with experience in Automotive Tier I supplier
  • Experience in relevant core processes (project management, cost management and product development)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good working knowledge in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

The selected candidate will be a part of the Shared Services Group and report to the Manager of Sales and Resin Accounting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a large, complex and multi-location manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop the Sales Accounting team
  • Provide financial and operational month-end and ad-hoc analyses and reporting
  • Process freight, debit/credit memo transactions, check requests and intercompany transfers
  • Customer Rebate Accounting and Royalty/Signing Bonus Accounting, including monthly JE and reconciliations
  • Ensure transactions are recorded using appropriate currency and reflect legal structure of various domestic and international subsidiaries; work with Group Treasury in identifying and managing FX risk
  • Analyze manufacturing profitability and cost-to-produce using available tools (SAP/BPC/PMDB)
  • Develop new financial models as required (using Excel and other tools)
  • Sales Margin Adjustments and Revenue Recognition; report price erosion where discovered
  • Assist in M&A integration activities, including system implementations
  • Adhere to US GAAP while ensuring highest level of efficiency and customer service

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA strongly preferred
  • 5 to 7 years of increased responsibility in an accounting role; accounting management preferred
  • Clearly understands accounting concepts, transactional flow (t-accounts), and financial terminology
  • Thorough understanding of inventory valuation and margin analysis, and development of financial statements
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, SAP ERP and/or SAP BPC is preferred

The selected candidate will act as a liaison between the customers, sales, and operations teams to ensure test specifications are completed properly and in a timely manner. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Longer hours, evenings, and/or weekend work will be necessary occasionally/frequently as job duties demand.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Ability to calculate/comprehend basic calculations pertaining to displacement, load, flow and acceleration, as well as apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry
  • Willing to travel to client, supplier, or other sites occasionally
  • Prior experience using hydraulic, pneumatic, electrodynamic, burner, and environmental systems is a plus
  • Specific knowledge of relevant ISO requirements is a plus
