Opportunity

Our Fortune 500 Client is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to join their team in Livonia, MI. The selected candidate will be able to work from home or on-site, and will use their own equipment. This position is extremely transactional.

Responsibilities

  • Provide post-integration support for revenue cycle processing backlog
  • Recognize DNB’s (Do Not Bill) and fix errors

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with Epic
  • Experience with Revenue Integrity and Patient Access using Epic
  • Experience with high volumes, Do Not Bill, and fast-paced environments
  • Charge entry and posting experience
  • Ability to recognize and fix errors; strong attention to detail required

Benefits

  • Pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour ($50K to $60K annually), commensurate with experience

Our Fortune 500 Client is seeking two Senior SQL Developers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience spending at least 60-70% of his/her time on T-SQL development.

Responsibilities

  • Cleansing data and doing ETL for Epic data conversion from different sources
  • Developing collaboratively in an Agile environment
  • Provide recommendations/suggestions for improving environment
  • Install and configure SQL based solutions, including development of upgrades from current solutions
  • Drive efficiencies through automation and operational excellence
  • Run schema and data comparisons

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of SQL and TSQL experience, v.2014 or higher; healthcare industry is a plus
  • 7 years in Information Technology with 5 years as a Data Solution Developer in a large data warehouse and business intelligence environment
  • Experience with recent versions of Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Skilled in Microsoft SSIS package design and maintenance
  • Strong expertise in writing Scripts, Views, Triggers, Stored Procedures and Functions
  • Experience with Data Migration projects and working with encrypted and secure data transfers
  • Experience on Join and sub-Queries to simplify complex queries involving multiple tables
  • Experience with Bit Bucket (or some code repository) and/or Atlassian (or some ticketing/documentation system) is a huge plus
  • Experience using JIRA is desired

Our Fortune 500 Client is seeking a direct hire Tableau Developer to join their team. The selected candidate will have strong involvement in Finance Teams and Global Sales Organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and document test plans for development activities
  • Develop dashboards and reports per specified requirements and timelines
  • Document designs, specifications, and flow diagrams to assist in efficient development, support, and problem analysis
  • Create and enhance report objects, metrics, filters, and prompts
  • Set up configuration management, develop components, peer review, create unit test plans, and perform unit testing
  • Validate reporting results against requirements and troubleshoot/analyze data issues within reports
  • Support/manage special projects, ad-hoc management reporting requests, testing, and issue resolution
  • Ensure optimal end-user performance by establishing and consistently executing overall system performance assessment processes and associated action plans

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience within a Tableau development; strong SQL skills
  • Understanding of Business Intelligence Components & Tools (Microstrategy, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView/Sense, SFDC)
  • Proficient in Business Intelligence architecture, dashboard, and report development including objects, filters, prompts and metrics
  • Experience with intelligent cube development, custom widget, visualization development and implementation
  • Understanding of relational databases and experience with data modeling and architecture
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively; good communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using new tool, Tableau Prep or Tableau Prep Conductor, is a plus

  • Experience in quantitative analytics e.g., data mining, regression analysis, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, machine learning modeling, including multivariate statistical analysis, natural language processing, unsupervised and supervised learning, deep learning, and predictive modeling, and model optimization in production
  • Intermediate- to advanced-level knowledge and skills in data modeling, data structure, and the application of complex SQL queries with data from multiple sources, including a Big Data platform (e.g., Hadoop, AWS, Azure)
  • Proficient programming skills such as SQL, C/C++/C#, Java, R, Python, PHP, or SAS
  • In-depth experience developing models in a Big Data cloud environment and deploying and overseeing models running in production
  • Intermediate- to advanced-level skills and experience in articulating business questions, pulling data from relational databases and using advanced excel and statistical tools, and determining the appropriate analytical approach to conduct in-depth analysis to support decision making
  • Adept with business intelligence tools and platforms (e.g., SAP Business Objects, Microsoft Power BI.)
