The selected candidates will perform the deployment, as well as Level 2 desktop support including configuration, setup and deployment of hardware and software to end users.

Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment of Windows 10 to approximately 11,000 desktops over 2 years
  • Restore user-specific configuration such as files to desktop post upgrade and managing any technical issues during or post upgrade
  • Identify malfunctioning hardware/software for the purposes of implementing corrective actions, resolve technical problems and provide ongoing support
  • Perform routine computer equipment and software installations, troubleshoots, and maintaining/resolving related problems
  • Desktop/laptop re-imaging and replace defective hardware and applications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an information technology-related field
  • 4 years’ experience with deployment of Windows Operating System (XP, 7 and 10)
  • 3 years’ experience with MS Office Applications
  • 3 years’ experience with endpoint hardware maintenance and support (Dell, HP, Apple, etc.)
  • Solid customer support and telephone skills
  • Industry certification (such as Microsoft) is preferred
  • 2 years’ experience with System Management experience (Altaris, SCCM, etc.) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Program and run Electro-Dynamic Shakers, Environmental Test Chambers, and Pressure/ Thermal/ Mechanical Cycle Equipment.
  • Document equipment and component performance during testing.
  • Hook-up to High Voltage Sources (240/480VAC); Measure Voltage, Current and Resistance.
  • Mix Internal Corrosion Solutions (NaCI/NaCH03) with Water/ Glycol.
  • Application of Automotive Fluids (Brake Fluid, ATF, Oil, Gasoline).

Qualifications

  • Experience with controls such as PLCs- RS Logix, Siemens 353, Allen Bradley, Panel Builder.

Opportunity

Our client, an automotive supplier committed to providing exceptional customer service and offering high quality solutions while cultivating long-term, mutually rewarding relationships, is looking for an Electrical Connectors Designer (Catia) to join their team in Rochester Hills, MI.

Responsibilities

  • Design 3D models and 2D drawings for electrical connectors
  • Release provisional component drawing Model
  • Participate in customer design reviews and meetings as required to review designs and coordinate activities
  • Upholds customer working practices, rules and regulations and supports a positive collaborative culture

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive CAD role using Catia
  • Associates degree in CAD or Engineering
  • Knowledge of International shipping / logistics is a plus
  • Competency in Spanish and/or German languages is a plus
