Job: IT Service Desk Support Specialists – Ann Arbor

Opportunity

Our Fortune 500 client is seeking two IT Service Desk Support Specialists for their office in Ann Arbor, MI. The selected candidates will perform Level 2 desktop support in a technology-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support of desktop, laptop and tablet hardware/software
• Provide Level 2 support of plotters, scanners, printers and other peripheral devices

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience with desktop support
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer-related field
• Experience with Windows Operating System
• Experience with printer and Office 365 support
• Comptia or Microsoft certifications are preferred
