Job: Entry-Level Recruiter

Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to join a small, boutique firm doing corporate recruiting and staffing. We are expanding our staff in Austin, TX and are searching for candidates for a Recruiter role. This is a full-time opportunity to join an established recruiting and staffing firm which has earned multiple #1 Supplier of the Quarter awards from a Fortune 500 customer. We have offices in three different states and contract employees in more than ten. To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter, have a keen eye for talent, and be able to able to stay on track while working multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver candidates through job posts, direct sourcing, networking, referrals, etc.
• Collaborate with internal team to strategize and implement innovative pipeline generation efforts.
• Communicate professionally at all times, treating all candidates/clients with dignity and respect.
• Solve problems and produce results by identifying alternatives when circumstances change.
• Influence and negotiate fairly with candidates.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• Up to two years in a prior recruiting role
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality results in a timely manner
• Team player who acts with integrity and self-awareness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
