Job: DataCenter Incident Manager – Detroit

Our Fortune 500 client is currently seeking a Data Center Operations Manager experience to join their team located in Detroit, MI. The selected candidate will evaluate operational large/integrated application system failures (system breaks, incorrect results achieved).

Responsibilities

• Analyzes maintenance and monitoring systems output
• Recommends modifications to software applications to resolve issues
• implements modifications as a result of analysis and team approval
• Creates and maintains project work plans
• Above average verbal/written communication skills. Strong organizational skills
• May develop and deliver formal and informal presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience
• ITIL Foundation certified
• 24×7 On Call experience in high-pressure environment
• Problem-solving ability during system down
• Experience leading conference calls and documenting events during problem-solving
• Knowledge of Mobile and Web framework related to Customer Apps
• Data Center Operations and Monitoring (Gomez, Dynatrace, DCRUM desired)
• SharePoint, ITIL Methodology, Oracle Knowledge, MS Office

• Pay up to $110K annually ($50 to $55 per hour)
