Job: Citrix Engineer – Detroit

Opportunity

Our Client is looking for a Citrix Engineer to join their team in downtown Detroit, MI. The Citrix Engineer ensures the reliability and stability of assigned platforms and applications. Completes technical tasks, leads technical efforts, troubleshoots issues, and researches new methods and systems to support the Citrix experience with our client.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for working with multiple teams to support existing Citrix environments.
• Perform, test, and oversee upgrades/migrations to new Citrix platforms.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution to Citrix issues.
• Provide documentation, training and knowledge transfer to Level 1 and 2 Endpoint staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred.
• 3 years of relevant technical work experience required.
• Experience with Citrix XenDesktop 6 and above
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 and above

Benefits

• Up to $114K Annually ($54-$57 per hour) depending on experience.
