Opportunity
Our Fortune 500 client is seeking an Application Software Developer to join their headquarters’ team in Detroit, MI. This role is responsible for problem solving and troubleshooting in the operational technology environment.

Responsibilities
- Performs SCADA system configuration, operations, and administration
- Troubleshoots and problem solves Operational Technology software, hardware and communication issues
- Performs assigned (or initiate) cyber security mitigations, propose solutions to compliance-related problems
- Establishes and maintains SCADA integration of remote field sites collaborating with gas operations and engineering
- Provide data access through development of reports and system interfaces
- Actively seek continuous improvement opportunities, participates in improvement initiatives of internal cyber security processes, procedures, and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an information technology or related discipline
- Experience in Cyber Security Operations
- Experience in SCADA Operational Technology systems
- Experience in Programming Languages (e.g., Perl, C#, PowerShell, or similar)
- Experience in Database systems (e.g., Microsoft SQL, Reporting Services, Integrated Services, or similar)
Benefits
- Pay range is $120K to $135K annually ($60 to $67.50 per hour, commensurate with experience)
- Optional participation in benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401k, etc.)
- Contract opportunity (onsite in Detroit, some remote) with potential for extension and/or direct hire
