Opportunity Our client, a Fortune 500 leader in healthcare, is looking for an Agile Coach who will coach, train and guide newly formed Agile project teams (and extended team stakeholders) who may have little to no Agile experience. This person will utilize ideas out of project retrospectives to support process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Educate employees at all levels, including senior, and at times clients, on Agile principles, providing them with tools for implementing the process in their own work.
- Provide training sessions and teach valuable skills that lead toward the organization-wide adoption of Agile methodologies.
- Design a strategy for the organizational adoption of Agile. This includes every stage of adoption, from the introduction of Agile and employee education, to fostering teams and cultures, to sustaining and continually offering strategies for improvement.
- Implementing Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in an organization.
- Increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation.
- Help to develop and manage the Agile Community of Excellence (Agile CoE).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT.
- 3 years of experience using Scrum.
- 2 years of experience as Scrum Master.
- CSM/CSP preferred (Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Professional).
- Knowledge of the Standard Agile Reporting and Ceremonies.
Benefits
- $110K to $120K per year ($55-$60 per hour while on contract), dependent on experience.
