Opportunity
Our Client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Sunnyvale, CA. Under general supervision, the Admin will perform administrative tasks to maintain operational systems and activities in a semiconductor facility. Interpersonal skills, mature judgment required to interact effectively with a broad range of people, including high raking individuals in a fortune 300 company. The individual will work independently, solely supporting the operations and management needs.
The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. COVID-19 guidelines are in place.

Responsibilities
- Support site operations with onboarding new employees with background checks and site badging requirements
- Coordinate document control and management of change by completing the editing of technical documents, routing for approval and posting of controlled documents in DCS system
- Facilitate team meetings as needed
- Ensure timely entry of site KPI’s
- Update electronic file system organization, update share point site
- Assist in moving materials in electronic database and running inventory reports
- Experience working with internal/external customers, vendors, and services contractors; must maintain professionalism and be a team player
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines and project plans with short- and long-term end dates
- Additional abilities and skills to build the position into a growth position
Qualifications
- 5+ years working knowledge of applications such as SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- 2+ years of demonstrated manufacturing admin experience
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines and project plans with short- and long-term end dates
- Skilled in customer service
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
Benefits
- Pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Optional participation in benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)
- 6 to 12-month contract opportunity with potential for extension or direct hire
