Job: Account Manager – Austin

The Cybertech Recruiting and Staffing team is looking for an Account Manager to join us in Austin, TX. We are looking for a professional with experience on the 3^rd party agency side of the recruiting and staffing industry. The ideal candidate will bring an established network of decision makers with jobs needing to be filled in IT and Engineering. In return, we offer a place to take your career to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Starting with personal network, bring forward new customer opportunities for recruiting and staffing, ideally in Austin, TX (but can be across United States)
• Hunt for new customer opportunities (beyond personal network)
• Act as primary point of contact for new customers brought forward
• Work with inhouse team, as needed, to successfully drive open requisitions to closure
• Enter prospecting activities into inhouse CRM tool

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in agency recruiting and staffing
• Existing network of key decision makers for recruiting and staffing decisions
• Looking for a change in your career, ready to work for yourself, with support of an established team
• Comfortable working from home, on the road, and in the office (as needed)
